Look here : http://www.bicyclefilmfestival.com/
It's a festival celebrating all things bicycle.
The deadline for short films 'with a strong theme or character of bicycles' is February 17th.
Good like apples.

Also, he's playing in Whelan's on 28th of December.

Mistletoe and Wine
So our final production meeting before Chrismas brought with it a wealth of goodness. Mick has been able to find a nine-year-old actress called Alex who is going to play Sam in Gregola. We'll most likely set up a shoot either in her own home, or somewhere she'll feel happy, and then film her parts over the course of either a Saturday or Sunday. Over Christmas Fink will start on a basic storyboard, working in Alex's "steps" scene, and we'll reconvene after the holliers to get cracking.
God bless us everyone.

Crayonz
After dusting off the ol' box of crayons this afternoon, I came up with these two masterpieces. Just two ideas for things that Sam's drawings could dictate... Whilst drawing the tree, our friend Greg could cycle beneath a tree as leaves shower over him. Also, when Sam draws the steps, we could send Greg down a relatively gentle set of steps. If he made an ecstatic sound, it'd come out all juddery. Maybe we should bring a set of crayons to our coffee meeting next week and we can doodle some more?

for the very first time
You got the mail folks, Gregola is trying to round us up and meet the the man with the tightes calfes in town.
As you know, I'm absolutely busy all day everyday but I know when I'm needed so I might be able to make it pretty much every day next week.
